Bring Me A Pro (BMAP) is the only service of its kind that ACTIVELY uncovers and delivers local homeowner leads for our members. We are so much more than just a phonebook or a lead-gathering website. We don't wait for leads. We create them each day. Here is how we are quantum leaps ahead of our competition:On behalf of our member pros we make thousands of homeowner presentations each year (doorknocks) in order to find your local, high-quality leads for your business. Our neighborhood representatives arrive motivated, well-dressed and prepared with every home owner's name and info. We get to know each and every homeowner in our service area as we build caring, trusting relationships in order to determine their individual needs. We use high-quality marketing materials (at our expense!) to educate our homeowners how using our pre-screened service pros saves them time, aggravation and money. Using this repetition and determination, our goal is to become the single service resource for our homeowners & their friends & families. Because we repeatedly prove to our homeowners in person that we care about them, they come to us first when they need a high-quality local professional. When they see how fast, easy, and reliable our service is to use they visit us again and again for their service needs.

TOPHow do you insure the quality of leads?
As a lead is generated from the neighborhood tract it is screened and approved by one of our service staff. Once approved, the homeowner information is given to the pros in that tract service category for contact and bids. In this way you only pay when the job is done and paid - not just for advertising space.
TOPHow many referrals will I receive?
Although most of our members receive numberous successful jobs each quarter, BMAP does not guarantee a specific number of jobs. We have learned that number of leads generated from our neighborhoods vary on the basis of: time of year, area, service type, age of tract, number of BMAP visits, etc. We know that each additional neighborhood visit increases the number of jobs that are generated from that tract each month. In this way our service to you continues to improve over the course of your membership. We do promise that our neighborhood rep will present to each of the 4000 homes in the neighborhood at least 3 times per year. In order to maximize results BMAP trains, monitors & pays each neighborhood representative and provides high-quality marketing materials, website, and service staff for homeowners to access after each presentation.
TOPHow many pros/vendors are allowed for each category?
We promise our neighborhood clients from 2-3 bids within 72 hours on each project they want completed.
TOPHow do I know that my neighborhood rep is visiting homeowners?
Each BMAP rep is monitored by a trainer/coach to maximize homeowner results. Reps are paid on their results so they are highly motivated to maximize the home owners they serve. Finally, BMAP has systems of checks in place to guarantee the rep is following through on his/her commitment.

TOPWhat neighborhoods are you marketing to?
In addition to our Website and Realtor marketing program, here are the neighborhoods we visit in person and repeat 3 times per year. What is it worth for your business to dominate these 4000 local homes? We don't wait for leads. We go and make them.
TOPHow much does it cost?
To secure one of our pro contractor spots all you pay is a one-time background check/startup fee.($28.35) In addition there is a small monthly membership fee ($5) which covers our marketing materials, postage, admin staff, etc. After you are accepted into a BMAP vendor spot you will only pay us when you get paid. We call this fee a "success fee". Success fees are paid as follows: 12% of any job total under $2000. 12% on job total from $2000-$10,000. 10% on job total from $2000-$9999. 8% of any job total over $10,000.
Note: You only pay for the first job paid from our referral. Any addition work you do for this new client or their family/friends is free of charge. We know how to bring you new clients- you know how to make them happy clients for life!
TOPHow do I get started?
We are receiving overwhelming response to our local direct marketing. For that reason our pro member positions are filling fast. Once they are gone they are usually gone for good until the next new neighborhood is added. Contact your member representative to reserve a local area today. Just fill out an online application and after a short screening process we may award you a vendor category.
